Structure of the Programme
shiree will provide resources to NGOs under two funds: the Scale Fund and the Innovation Fund. Both aim to ensure that the needs of the poorest 10% of Bangladeshi households are addressed effectively by ‘graduating’ them out of poverty. Further, it will disseminate best practice lessons distilled from the programme to transform the way in which extreme poverty is tackled in Bangladesh by government, donors and NGOs.
