Round 2 of the Scale Fund was designed to target geographic areas in Bangladesh that are challenging to work in, and in which there are specific cultural or geo-topographical drivers of extreme poverty. These include the ethnically diverse Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) region, the waterlogged haor area, and the disaster-prone southern coastal belt. Round 2 supported three NGOs for a four year period.
